Peter MacDougall was born and raised in St.Peters Bay, Prince Edward Island Canada. His love for music was always evident, but his passion for singing became clear after hearing songs like "Hey Jude" and "Let it Be" by the Beatles in the late 60's and early 70's. After being married for 20 years and having 7 children, Peter decided to start writing his own songs that reflect his struggles in life and his relationship with God that was developing.Being a self-employed carpenter allowed Peter enough free time in the winter months to concentrate on creating more songs. His children have often heard him talking about [good, better, and best] but the fact is 2009 is the fourth attempt at the same songs in his desire to make them as good as possible! He feels confident now that he is linked up to ROBERT JASON PRODUCTIONS from Nashville Tenneesse. These days Peter is still building cabins and sheds with the help of some of his older children. He enjoys camping with his wife and his youngest children in an old 1980 Dodge Motor home. NEW RECORDINGS MAY 2009.
