well, i asked mc hammer to write a band bio, but he's to busy ironing his pants, so i'll give you a brief history of you sunk my battleship. jan, kai, lars and i, daniel, decided to be a band in early 2005, without actually 'having a plan' or something. it just happened that our musical preferences and ideas about having a band were quite similar and so we wrote and recorded some songs. we even played a show. however, ysmb went on sort of indefinite hold while i was in the uk. fortunately, a lot of very lovely people kept bugging us about getting our demotape done and playing shows again. so, here we are, september 2006, we finally got our demo done and we all want to rehearse some time soon, without being to serious about everything. still, if you want us to play your living room or your local pub, please get in touch...we appreciate every second you spent on listening to our songs.thanks for your time. take care of yourselves... you sunk my battleship
