Created with mySpace Profile EditorIn the beginning, Nefastoreth project was essentially an idea in Lord Demogorgon’s mind, who will become subsequently the group founder. He was a great fan of 80’s extreme metal and he listened, valued, supported and promoted (to a few people) the real black metal between the first in our hinterland. This genre was strongly overlooking in 90’s music underground.Lord Demogorgon was the first Nefastoreth proposer and he decided to pass from projects to deeds thanks to his strong will starting to research elements for his group.The call was heeded by Void, guitarist of “Imperium tenebrarum†black metal underground group, Agaharet at the drums and Harob at the bass. Lord Demogorgon suddenly and without fatigue arranged the undisputed prerogatives of Nefastoreth’s style and sound: Black Metal without any compromise.In 2002, Void, who already belonged to the school of the genre, started to compose the first riffs. The group had its structure and the primal ideas took shape in the demo cd titled“Shining Crown of an Ending Day†registered in October of 2004.This first work contains a collection of six songs entirely composed by the group and a Massemord cover (inserted as a ghost track): “I've sipped the blood of Christâ€.In this album Nefastoreth expressed their obscure vision of reality through obsessive sonorities, essential song writing and an osseous production. This album permitted to the group of being recognized as such.Subsequently to this first production occurred the drummer change: Antichristian took Agaharet place. With the new drummer the group acquired a valuable contribution as a better rhythmic performance that assure more impact and get-up-and-go to the new songs.The live testing had a beginning with highs and lows but the group obtains the first feedback from the concert dimension. The face-painting and the group rigorousness on stage further on denote its obscure attitude. At this point Nefastoreth have at the back one album and some live performance and that was idea became an established fact. Lord Demogorgon and Void decide to keep going in a more motivated way, starting to write new songs.At the same time the bass player Harob left the group (because of personal needs) losing a valuable component. So Nefastoreth are looking for a new bass player. They will not wait so long because just a few weeks later they will find not one, but two new elements who will define the current line-up.They are Aleiden at the bass and Memento at the guitar. Their introduction improve the compositive ability of the group and define its Black Metal characteristics.In September 2006, after two years from the first album, Nefastoreth resolve their line-up problems.The group started to write the new songs after having founded the right structure and feeling between components. Nefastoreth spirit recovers energy through a constant care and dedication strongly requested from Void.In April 2007 Nefastoreth get into the HAGALL STUDIO (Marsica Abbruzzi). In the mystic marsican frame, under the overshadowing presence of Velino Mount and the Alba Fucens ruins, Nefastoreth register the new songs under Algizart Productions sails helped by the great capacity of Namter and Gladio. And so they realize “In Tenebris Radiorum†that is considered to all intents and purposed as the first out-and-out album of the group.“In Tenebris Radiorum†satisfies at full Nefastoreth expectations: thanks to the great experience of Namter and the technical capacity of Gladio the album catch a sound which is both direct and instinctive and most of all real: the primitive stone of Hagall Studio’s walls has contributed to characterize the sounds with ancestral and natural reverberations. Nefastoreth write another chapter of their history.Now Nefastoreth are an operative group who follows his walk of anti-human attitude and strongly critical about this false society and its false idols.
