The band they tried to keep down...Began playing in Glasgow as the Foxy Mops in 2000 and just when there was interest and non stop gigs our drummer nearly died with some bizarre kidney infection (why is it always the drummer?) launched back on the scene in 2004 with the new name Soviet Medicine and a tighter, funkier edge.All the members hail from that musical breeding ground Campbeltown near the Mull of Kintyre, home of other Glasgow favourites The Twisted Melons
