I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Well, what can I say. I work as a software engineer at Fender Musical Instruments Corporation. It's a neat place to work. I have always been kinda of into music stuff and so this job seems like a good fit. It's a nice mix of technology and the music business culture. I develop software for digital amplifiers. If you want to know more, ask me about it sometime. I would be glad to share with you.
I am a baseball nut. I follow the Yankees and I tend to throw things and yell four-letter words at the TV when they are losing, and no one ever wants to be around me come October. Ask my wife about it sometime. It will make you laugh.
My wife and I are big into the SCA, a middle-ages re-enactment group. We wear costumes, drink, drum, fight, and dance as though we lived in the time whenever there is a weekened event. Events are usually good times shared with friends, and we have had lots of great memories. Most people think it is a really nerdy hobby until they have tried it.
I love to camp, play the piano, sing, watch movies, read, and generally hang out with friends and family doing the things that I enjoy. My perfect day would be spent in the woods among tall, beautiful trees, away from technology and the city, and sitting by the fire. I would slowly tap on my drum, sip my beer, and just relax. While I don't want my daughter to grow up too fast, I am looking forward to the day when camping becomes easier with her, so we can enjoy more weekends doing what we love.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

There are many people, but among them would be Babe Ruth, Loug Gherig, Derek Jeter, Joe Torre, Billy Joel, Neil Schon, Elton John, and many others. I realize some of these people are not with us any longer, but it would be cool to meet them if it were still possible.
