love sci-fi/fantasy!!! Gregory Maguire, Robert Fanney, Stephen King, JK Rowling, CS Lewis, Dan Brown, Brandon Mull, Jonathan Fesmire, Bruce Goldwell..my fave books are children of rhatlan, seeds of vision, wicked, narnia, dreamcatcher, unfinished life, luthiel, davinci, angels and demons, fablehaven, dragon keepers, and harry potters. i love elves, dwarfs, fairies, talking animals, trees that live, and the good winning against the evil...im always interested in anything with a twist...
Luthiel's Song is by Robert Fanney. This one of my favorite books. She is a strong hearted woman facing one challange at a time and over-coming her worst fears. i recommend this book to everyone. He is an amazing author and i can't wait to read more about her. You can also find the book on amazon.com.
Here's a great new fantasy author. His name is Brandon and he just wrote Fablehaven...It's about 2 children who have to stay with their grandparents and begin to see things through a whole new perspective. They have to struggle with evil witches, demons, and beasts. They have to overcome breaking the rules and especially thier curiousity. The longer their stay the more they learn, become disciplined, and fight for what will soon be their own. This story mainly teaches you about opening your eyes to the unexplainable/unbelieveable, listening, discipline, and putting others before you...I recommend this book for all to read, it will definately give you a wake up call for what is really out there..the things that are seen, should be seen, and should not be seen. After reading Jonathan Fesmire's collection, i'm thrilled to see what's next. The first book I read by Jonathan was "Children of Rhatlan" which is about dual twins with two minds and two bodies trapped in one life. They are considered evil and the children of a "trickster" god named Rhatlan. They don't know who to trust when an evil wizard wants to take their lives for his own use. It's an amazing book set in a magical world of betrayal, hatred,love, and torment.
"Seeds of Vision" is a series of short stories put together by Jonathan. From vampires to dragons, wizards and demons, good and evil. The moral of this book is DO NOT F*#% with evil magic, the consequences are deadly.
"Amber in the Over World" which was written for his daughter, is a unique story about a young dragon princess who learns her world will end. Amber soon realizes what's at stake and she attempts to stop an evil wizard from entering the Over World. In her attempt, she mistakenly follows him. Learn how Amber adapts to this new "world" and how she reacts when faced with evil.
Tamshi's Imp" is the last of Jonathan's collection I have read. I can't seem to get this one out of mind. There's so much going on and the way Jonathan tells it, it all seems real. Tamshi is a sorceress who has lost her memory. She believes demonic wizards erased her memory and are trying to take control of her. As she is trying to remember her past and learn who to trust, she must find a way to stop an evil god from rising to power while convincing his followers of the "real" truth. This book is filled with magical adventure. There is one obstacle after another. The ending will bring you to the reality of fate. You must read this one.

"Dragon Keepers" by Bruce Goldwell is another myspace author who has kept me interested and puzzled by what will happen next in his books.
Dragon Keepers is a seven series book about the life of Merlin. Bruce re-traces the steps of Merlin from the time he is a young boy to an old man who sits next to and mentors many powerful leaders. In these books you will learn who the real dragon keepers are and what's at stake to keep their land sacred. In these books you will grow with Merlin and be able to feel his emotions and actions as he over-comes his "responsibilities" and misfortunes.
