Teddrick Thompson aka Fiyah Burnz was born in Monticello,Ms on the 26th of Oct. 1981.When he was a child his mother,Penny Terrell,always had music playin at home.Mostly R&B but she would throw a lil rap in every now and then.When Fiyah was about 8yrs. old his mom gave him his first mixtape and thats when he fell in love with hip hop.The mixtape had Eric B and Rakim,Beastie Boys,Salt&Pepper,Big Daddy Kane,Heavy D,D-nice,Kid&Play,and Special Ed.He played it nonstop everyday.Constantly rewinding so he could learn the words and rap along.It wasnt til he got older and moved to Little Rock,Ark. when he started writing his own lyrics.After watching and listening to others in cyphers at Dunbar Jr. High he decided he was going to write a verse and be in the next one.He wrote his first one and they all said that it was the worst sh*t they ever heard.Wanting to give up his best friend at the time,Michael Nooner,who also raps,told him to keep practicing and don't let others kill your spirit.Fiyah keep writing and he finally got it.He aproached a cypher of the same rappers from before full of confidence.After Fiyah spit his verse the crowd went crazy.They couldn't believe that the same dude who's rap was garbage came back and killed it.Now,Fiyah is know as one the hottest spittas in the rock.By working with Conduit,Dat Heat,and Top Prospect he knows that his dream of being one the best rappers ever will soon be reality
