I have a wide variety of musical tastes. There's not much I don't like, w/the exception of country, jungle/ drum n bass, and polka. Favorite childhood bands: Survivor & Olivia Newton-John. Grew up on punk rock and Oi music, during the peak of the DC Hardcore scene, then discovered electronica in 1990. I've been been stuck there ever since. Current musicians I'm digging: Ok Go, Billy Talent, James Blunt, Damien Rice, David Gray. DJ's I dig: The Scumfrog, Johan Gielen, Adam Beyer, Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Joey Beltram, Chris Liebing.
Movies:
Xanadu is my all-time favorite. City of God, Once Were Warriors, Baraka, Gambling Gods and LSD, The Hebrew Hammer, Clueless,
Television:
Current shows I love: Grey's Anatomy, Ugly Betty, Heroes. I love dry and sick humor- Strangers With Candy, Upright Citizens Brigade, Reno 911, Drawn Together, Space Ghost Coast to Coast, Ali G & Dave Chappelle. Also retro shows like Welcome Back Kotter, and all things Sid & Marty Krofft. I am a sucker for talk shows.
