A while back - not so long ago - due to certain events that transpired in my life, I have come to an epiphany about my humanly existence. If you ever watched "Hitch", the motion picture, you would find that the script contained a line which captivated me and became the quintessential aspiration of my being. It stated that "LIFE is not [or should not be] measured by how many breaths we take, but by the moments which take our breath away". Along with a conscious advice to "live every day by showing everyone how good you are instead of how bad you can be" that I received from my good friend, Culture Brown, these two life changing aphorisms, combined, have become my resolution for 2008 and onward.
