is an up & coming artist who was born & raised in the Bay Area. She began singing in church at age 9 & has been recording since age 14. Best known for her heartfelt lyrics and smooth sensual voice, she has come to develop a very unique & personal sound. Her musical influences include Sade, Floetry, and Lauryn Hill…Her current project, My Version of the Blues, due to be released in 2008 has featured tracks from producers such as Traxx of Timeless Music, Marc Garvey of Ghetto Retro & Middle C. It is a compilation of organic sweetness, raw sensuality, breathtaking melodies, soul-stirring lyrics, and feel good music. She has coined the phrase “lay-down music†as an accurate description of how each song will touch your heart, relax your mind, and probably make you want to lie down…When you hear My deVerteuil for the first time you will definitely get lost in her graceful voice and be mesmerized by her amazing sound.
