Spawned in 1995, B.E.N.T. (Beyond Every Natural Thought), an original 5 piece power-metal band emerged from Milwaukee, W.I.Stumbling and highly smoke filled basement jams began the B.E.N.T. journey.
Friends shareing the same outlook on good old rockin tunes in a highly influenced state of smoke, beer, jams.In 1996 B.E.N.T. entered Allegro Studios in Janesville, Wisconsin recording there first studio session a seven song cd.In 1998 after a mixture of musicians entering the B.E.N.T. realm again they stepped in the studio this time at Renwood Messenger In Kenosha, W.I. for a 2 song E.P. Entitled Bury Em!In 2000 after a more solid lineup, B.E.N.T. entered Artist Underground Studio under the helm of Troy Stetina. The Title "Eleven" emerged a more serious metal approach from the guitar writing mastermind and lead guitarist Brian Bolle' "Eleven" caught the attention of several distribution deals, Live performaces, and a video. After B.E.N.T.'s signature voice Eric Swanson, disbanded from the group in 2002 they set out a mission to find a new front man for thier newly progessive metal tinged original songs.Eleven made it to the shores of Europe and was a decideing factor in the signing
of B.E.N.T. under the new German label, Insanity Records. A compilation cd was
released from the Label In 2003 simply called, "Insane Tracks 1" Captive Servant was the song released with new singer Dan Lenegar. A solid well seasoned Voice and recording machine in his own rights. His background included bands such as: Blu Steel & C4 (featuring Michael Angelo (Holland, Nitro).B.E.N.T. continued recording the new cd in 2003/2004 entitled Beyond Every Natural Thought when Insanity Records went bankrupt. 8 songs were recorded
and never offically released. The new lineup and material did manage to pull out a few live performaces, last being feb of 2005 before the plug got pulled in several different directions. The band has been disbanded and no new material
has hit the B.E.N.T. working surface. B.E.N.T. has encountered many true and fun experiences and long time friendships and mind blowing songs and jams along the 10 year ride. We thank everyone that has been part of that.
