Iam Benjamin Weston I sing,play guitar,write songs and like to record and perform them with the help of my band (BENJAMIN WESTON BAND) and also sometimes on my own.
I now live in the Kansai region of Japan but Iam orginally from Buckinghamshire, England, where I was brought up on and inspired by the music of Elvis Presley, Billy Joel and all sorts of UK and USA 50's rock and roll and 60's pop .
In the early to mid 1990's I was inspired by the new wave of music that was coming through such as bands like Green Day,Weezer and other various bands, and after hearing these I formed my first band and was soon writing,recording and performing live.
I was singer of power-pop band THE BOMBJACKS and after years of writing,recording,touring and performing, I then begun writing material for my solo album 'IT'S 7AM SOMEWHERE'.
