About Me

Dan Philippi plays drums and sings lead vox. Nick Philippi plays bass. They are the 2 piece band Continental Train Wreck. After 10 years of rocking the Montreal music scene, the brothers decided to spend some time in England in the summer of 2007. They quickly realized that they needed to continue doing music, but also realized the nead to take it in a different direction. That was how Continental Train Wreck was born. Plans were made to go back to Montreal, write, play shows, record a demo and then head back to the UK. This past May, they recorded the single Kawasaki along with a second single A Girl, A Gun And A Friend. The brothers later added 2 more tracks; Maria Maria and A Wall Of Sound. With a setlist of music and solid recordings under their belts, they headed back to the Motherland this past February to take on the British music scene. The boys have settled into London nicely and have begun rocking venues around town.
