In my spare time (meaning when I'm actually not on the computer) I like to crochet, and glue pieces of paper together and call it art. I also (passively) collect postcards and (unwittingly) collect used stamps as well. To add to my list of skills, I can knit, but only in rectangles of various sizes. I can also tell you that you are as smart as a bag of hammers in French.
My favourite Starbucks drink is a non-fat, light-ice, iced chai latte, my favourite colour is dark purple, my favourite place to be is in the summer heat beside a lake, and my favourite pop would be diet berries and cream Dr. Pepper. I prefer silver over gold, hockey over football, and purple lilacs over roses.
If you ask me about my favourite band/singer, my answer will vary, depending on the day. My pool of choices consists of Smashing Pumpkins, Eve6 (and now also The Sugi Tap), Barenaked Ladies, Elton John, Great Big Sea, Ben Folds (Five), Sweatshop Union, Murder by Death, She Wants Revenge, Howie Day, Brian Webb, Anne Heaton, the Beatles, Mike Doughty/Soul Coughing and Ani DiFranco in there too, just for good measure. My favourite songs change on a moment-by-moment basis. I can't even list those.
I have a best friend who was built from the same mind as me that lives too far away, another best friend whom I've known for 3/4 of my life that can make me laugh no matter what, and a little brother whom I now have to strain my neck upwards to look at in the face.
