Eli Bolin

Eli is the music director, songwriter and a founding member of the STRIKING VIKING STORY PIRATES, a not-for-profit company that adapts stories written by kids into sketches and songs. Founded in 2002, the Story Pirates teach and perform at over 40 schools a year in the New York area and recently received national attention when Jon Stewart called them "crazy entertaining" on the Larry King show. Their YouTube videos have received millions of hits and their 2008-2009 season will bring them to Florida, Texas and a special residency at the Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles.Eli attended Northwestern University, where he composed the off-Broadway musical I SING!, which has been since been produced all over the U.S. and internationally in England, Scotland and Australia. Eli has also written songs for all three LITTLE MAESTROS albums (available from Kid Rhino).Current projects include music for Kristen Schaal's upcoming special on Comedy Central and the new musicals THE BIG SHOW, NEXT SEASON and the children's musical THE ADVENTURES OF NICOLAI FLY.Eli serves as the music director and arranger for CREATION NATION and is currently performing around NYC supporting his debut solo album LEMONADE.Visit his website at http://elibolin.net
