We are Müge and Necati from Gece Servisi. Gece Servisi is our weekly radio program. We have been making it since October 2001, our dearest home is Acik Radyo 94.9 FM (www.acikradyo.com.tr), Istanbul. We play all different forms and sonic worlds of rock’n’roll from all over the planet: 60’s psyche, extreme metal, indie weirdos, avant–rock, progressive, hardcore, psychobilly, folkish people, noise, Krauts are a few of our favorite things. We also have a website, which we recently re-constructed: www.geceservisi.net. There you can find our playlists, words about a few bands we love, interviews with some favorite labels’ owners, plus some recent announcements, comments, discoveries… And the extra crispy thing is, we’ve put our latest shows on the web, so you can listen to them whenever you want. Having said that, any recorded material is welcome to our p.o. box from all the labels, bands, artists… We would be more than happy playing them on our show. So, let’s rock!
