Im a keen scooterist and Madness fan and my dream came true in December 2007 when the managment of Madness asked for my scooter to be put in an expedition at their gig at the 02 arena.Im a member of The Southport Sandgrounders scooter Club Est1958.(www.freewebs.com/sandgrounders). We travel all around Europe on scooters(not cars)and meet some of the most fantastic people.Seen some great bands and singers like Madness,Oasis,Bad Manners,The Beat,Secret Affair,Edwin Starr,Jimmy Cliff,Desmond Decca,King Kurt,Inspiral Carpets, etc,as well as some good tribute bands. Ive been involved in Bodybuilding for the last 15 years but had a year off due to injury.Ive done about 16 competitions and once qualified for Mr England bodybuilding championships.Im currently back in training to get rid of my beer gut etc and hopefully will be back competing by next year. I run my own Landscape Gardening business which i started about 13 years ago, after getting pissed around from job to job,and i love the work i do.
