Band Members: In the band we hav a new setup of 5 people. We got Matt lennon on electric acoustic (most of time), vocals and keyboard. "Andy-man Ward" on bass. Wolfie Cloutman on lead guitar. Izzy Granger on Guitar, Vocals and Violin (if she still owned one) and finally Dan Latham on drums.
Influences: All sorts realy! We all like stuff from all over the place. Wolfie likes his guitar legends like Buckethead, Steve Vai etc. Andy likes his american rock Guns n' roses, aerosmith etc. Matt likes "skinny jean music" like plain white t's, motion city soundtrack as well as the decemberists etc. Izzy is the heavy 1 she likes celldweller, devil driver, bullet, slipknot and Nirvana. Dan likes brit pop and alternative like Decemberists Pulp, Blur,Kula shaker and good the bad and the queen.
Sounds Like: Well..... a combination of our musical tastes in a grungey format! so Nirvana, decemberists, garbage, Cardigans etc. So yeh hopefully it sounds like....quite a good band!! The new version of summersong sounds like the original decemberist song with grungey overtones and an almost prog rocky guitar overlay by Mr.Cloutman. This all adds up to an almost poem rocket meets Colin Meloy meets Kurt Cobain sorta sound
