I have not heard a better oxymoron to describe a band capturing the essence of sounding ambient rock. Stealing the rich sounds, only to give it back for everyone to hear, even the poor.
This 21st century indie rock Robin Hood is certainly a Beautiful Criminal. Their soul driven music has the capability to send mind chilling sounds deep into the free world of cyberspace. Anathematic melodies, memorable hooks, and introspective lyrics are the foundation of Beautiful Criminal's radio-friendly debut CD.
An original sound created by two friends that dug deep to find the true roots of art in music. Singer/songwriter Nathan Picard knows how to belt out the lyrics inspired by producer/guitarist Kip Haynes' amazing ability to draw out emotion through the use of layered textures and melody on the guitar. Drummer Kelly King and bassist Yutaka Sao provide the backbone to this LA4. Together, they make one Beautiful Criminal.
