Born and raised from Detroit, Michigan, best city in the world. Left for a few years to join the United States Marine Corps and stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, which is the pinnacle of NOWHERE. I had culture shock coming from a large city, lol. To do anything you need to drive 2 hours, lol. And you wonder why Marines are always disgruntled. I wanted to stay in the Marines but personal issues prevented me. But had the opportunity to fight for my great county and went to Iraq. Something I will always remember, although the county didn't smell any better then most the population it was a great experience. And I'm tired of the media portraying that fact nobody wants us over there!! I had the opportunity to meet and shake hands with many locals. And I'm also sick of the public crying the war didn't finish over the damn night!! It's not a microwave dinner people!!! GGRRRR. If we were to withdraw prematurely I firmly believe it would create a vacuum effect and worsen the situation and simply become a haven for terrorist to plot future attacks upon our country. I have stood behind our president this entire war and glad he had the balls to stand up for what he knew was right. And I think Micheal Moore is a complete idiot for blaming the president for preventing this, seriously, the guy was only in office a couple months, he needs to find other means to get attention. ~~Semper Fidelis~~I enjoy going out and shooting pool, working out and eating healthy. I like to think I live an active life style. I love the summer time in Detroit, the winter gets old extremely quick. So anything outdoors in the summer is all me, whether its golfing, jogging, or beach volleyball. I love concerts at Pine Knob, and yes, it's still Pine Knob and always will be, not DTE Energy theater crap, lol. And speaking of winter time, you will never catch my ass outside in the cold unless I need to shovel snow or run to the store, lol.
