The Snakes Of Doom!

JORDAN BOYCEY The Snakes Of Doom are two light hearted lads by the name of Jordan and Boycey. We are from Southend in Essex and are experimenting with all sorts of sound. We don't take ourselves that seriously, it is just a bit of light hearted fun. Jordan has just come back from travelling in Oz and Boycey is in his 3rd year of uni at Roehampton. We are fun loving guys and anything you want to ask us, then just do it and we will give you an honest response. We hope you like our music, and any comments are really appriecated. Thanks for dropping by our page and we hope you like what you see and hear. Love, eggs and peace. THE SNAKES OF DOOM!Our Music - The tracks are recorded with basic software. We are currently developing a live set, but it is hard as we are living a bit apart, but watch this space. There are a few songs we are penning at the moment and we hope to record them soon. 'Hocus Pocus,' was our first recording, and is about life on the street. 'Saturday Morning Feeling,' is a song about what is says, a banging hangover. That track does need to be re-recorded, as Boycey had a cold when recording it and it is not quite the finished article. 'Oh Olivia,' is a heartfelt track about a fictional character, Olivia, who gets hooked on drugs and generally gets a raw deal. NEW SONGS AS OF 16.02.08. 'Snake Soul Brothers,' is a swipe at these guys that are in bands and are out and about in town thinking there 'it.' You know who I mean, there is loads of them in every town. The backing is done by Chris Kelly, it is actually him beatboxing. 'Doing Things My Way,' is about a break-up, with the person involved finally feeling free. And 'Weeping Willow,' is an instrumental piece, that Jordan made up as thought provoking rollercoaster of emotion...NEW SONG 22.03.08. 'Mindless Zombies,' was recorded on the spot in four hours, made up entirely on the day. It is about the people who have the same jobs for years, whose days are like groundhog days, everyday waiting for the 6.28 to get to their destination of work...NEW SONG 24.03.08. Love Like Lightening. This is a song about fancying someone on the tube, doing something about it, but ending up with Egg on your face!
