SilentLie was born in 2005 by an idea of Giorgia (vocal) and Luigi (guitar). They started to play some gothic-rock covers with the help of their old time friend Giorgio on drums. After few months Davide and Roby joined the band as bass and keyboards player. In 2006 they composed a couple of songs, characterized by Giorgia's introspective and obscure lyrics, perfectly supported by a heavy and solid riffing. Giorgio leaved the band in early 2007 due to business commitments. The replacement put SilentLie in front of a difficult choice: it was very hard to find another drummer with the same spirit and musical taste. SilentLie didn't give up and decided to enter "Moonbeat Studio" to record their first demo, "Behind my face". They contacted Silver (Steel Crown) as a session man to record the drums part. After Luigi finished the guitar work, SilentLie moved to the "Fandango Sound Studios" in order to complete bass, vocals and keyboards lines and to make the mixing and the final mastering. During the recordings Silver became the official drummer...the show begins.
