Greetings,What have you heard about atheists? That they're misguided? That they have no moral code? That they're evil, spawn of Satan? Or, perhaps that they're trying to "steal Christmas"? How many atheists are there? Were they always atheists, or were they once believers of some sort? How did they "deconvert"? Do they have spouses or children who aren't atheist? How do they deal with the scrutiny of others, including friends, family, and at work? Are atheists people who don't believe in any type of spirituality? Do they believe there absolutely is no god, or do they just not believe in a god because they aren't convinced?Do you ever have questions like these regarding belief, disbelief, and uncertainty? Are you curious because you're unsure about your own convictions, religious or otherwise? Are you wondering how science and belief in the divine could co-exist? Are you interested because you want input regarding non-belief from an independent source? Do you consider yourself a skeptic, a rational person, and want to discuss skepticism and rationality with others who also consider themselves skeptics and rational? Have you heard about the evolution, creationism, and intelligent design disagreements, and would like to know more about them? Are you concerned about governments and religion and their separation?
