I'm 20 and I go to Pitt. School is ok except for the actual school part. I'm living in Oakland in a house with some great people next door to some other great people. It's pretty neat. I always work in retail cuz I like clothes. The only problem is I pretty much spend all of my pay checks on those clothes and such and then I have a lot of clothes, no where to put them...and no money. So I'm a shopaholic.
I love to read, but I don't get to do it as much as I'd like to. I love to look at art because I think that some people's talent is amazing. I like to watch tv that is overly dramatic and badly acted. Also I like good tv. I know an embarassing amount of stuff about pop culture. When I have money I like to go to all types of movies. I love the 80's and Journey. I find dressing up in weird oufits to be a pretty good time.
I'm REALLY superstitious. I pick up lucky pennies all the time (only if they're heads up), I always throw spilled salt over my left shoulder, I don't walk under ladders, I get nervous when i see a black cat...basically all the normal stuff. I try to follow signs, although sometimes i think i read them wrong. Also, I always drop pennies that i get in change so that someone else that's superstitious can pick it up and have a good day. I really like to eat rice cakes with peanut butter on them. You should try it. I also like ethnic food and cooking it and sometimes wish I'd gone to culinary school.
I have wonderful friends. They are funny and smart and pretty etc. I also have a wonderful boyfriend who I met by moving into the house next door to him. He's funny and smart and pretty too. I love him millions.
The most important thing I've learned is to not care what other people think about anything you do because then you'll always be second guessing yourself and you won't have any fun. Just be you!
