Ginger Johnson

Hi. I am Ginger. I was born and raised in Glendale, California - a suburb of Los Angeles.At a young age, I discovered a great joy for singing and performing. While attending Mark Keppel Elementary, I first began studying vocal and instrumental music, as well as dance and acting.I starred in my first musical at the age of 12 with comedian Kelsey Grammer, and I studied drama at the Young Actors' Space with numerous well-known performers, shortly after.I went to Burbank High School, in Burbank, CA. There I studied voice in choir and performed numerous times with the Burbank High School Band, Choir, and another award-winning group known as the Black Knights Drum Corps.I graduated high school at the age of 16 and studied at the Los Angeles Pierce College with the amazing L.A. Pierce College Symphonic Band. We toured to New York and performed a variety of songs for audiences at NYU and Queens College.As an actress, I made several appearances in tv shows, such as: Sister Sister, Beverly Hills 90210, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I have also appeared in the movies: She's All That and The '60s. At age 22, I was invited to be a part of Pasadena's Rose Court, shortly before moving to New Mexico to pursue a degree. Recently, I worked with some amazing and talented people on a piece for PBS. I just finished my Bachelor of University Studies in December.
