The Lix are a powertrio rock and roll band hailing from Sheffield Mass with a tight groovy sound and whole lotta talent. Molded out of jam secesions by the current members, The Lix rock like the past 35 years never happend and dress like it too. Called retro by many, The Lix find nothing wrong with that label. "When people hear something that sounds different from the typical emo song on the radio they dont know what to call it. So being called retro is great" says Charles Ormsbee. Writing songs in the spirit of Hendrix Cream, The Stones and Zeppelin its not a wonder why The Lix are called Wolfmother's american counterpart. Thanks to Rob Sanzone the Lix are slowly gaining a reputation in the berkshire music scene. The Lix will release their self titled album this spring and will perform very much during the summer. The Lix will pillage The Berkshires at a rate never scene before with their brew of retro rock. So hold on to your daughters and lock up your houses cause the volumes going to 11.
