And you begin to learn that kisses aren't contracts and presents aren't promises... and you begin to accept your defeats with your head up and your eyes open... with the grace of a woman, not the grief of a child... and you learn to build all of your roads on today because tomorrow's ground is too uncertain for plans, and futures have a way of falling down in mid-flight. After a while you learn that even beautiful sunshine burns if you get too much.... so you plant your own garden and decorate your own soul, instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers. And you learn that you really can endure... you really are strong... you really do have worth...you learn and you learn... with every goodbye, you learn.................

MySpace CodesOKAY, SO I DIDN'T WRITE THE POEM...BUT ITS A GOOD START TO UNDERSTANDING ME....I'VE BEEN THROUGH THE UPS AND DOWNS AND TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS LIFE HAS BROUGHT MY WAY....I HAVE BEEN SINGLE FOR QUITE A WHILE...ALTHOUGH I'M REALLY IN NO RUSH, I'M STILL WAITING ON THE GOOD LORD TO SEND ME THE MAN I'VE BEEN SO PATIENTLY WAITING ON...ALL OF MY FRIENDS WILL TELL YOU I'M VERY PICKY/SHALLOW...MAYBE EVEN A LITTLE AFRAID OF COMMITMENT--LOL, BUT WHO ISN'T...JUST KNOW THAT RIGHT NOW, IM NOT REALLY SEARCHING FOR 'MR. RIGHT', I AM TRYING TO MAKE MYSELF 'MS. RIGHT' FOR WHEN MR. RIGHT FINALLY COMES ALONG, YA FEEL ME??? ....AS FAR AS ME AND WHO I AM...I GUESS YOU WILL JUST HAVE TO FIND OUT....DON'T HESITATE TO ASK, EVEN THOUGH I MAY NOT FEEL COMPELLED TO ANSWER....HOLLA!!!!!!
