I spend most of my free time being a rock star -- i just comes naturally. I enjoy hikes through the mountains, yoga (when I actually get myself to do it), skiing (but it's such a schlep), snowboarding (when Sadie teaches me), DANCING (IT WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE!), watching movies, MAKING MOVIES, making 'musical essays' like "Music to Start the Revolution" or "Music for Kissing" or "Don't Let the Assholes Get You Down" (my favorite one yet), writing poetry, telling stories, playin' some bones! and talking straight-up shit with my fun friends and folks. Watching a beautiful sunset and/or sunrise can take my breath away and make me cry (yes, i know I'm kind of a sap).I am a founding member, otherwise known as an "Elder Freakin," of the Onamish (awn-uh-mish) Church. There are only two so called Pillars of the Onamish Church: 1) the understanding that God resides within you, all of us, and loves you unconditionally, even if you don't believe in him/her/it and 2) knowing that, especially in THIS extraordinary life, you're always on a mish. It's a quest-oriented religion:)
