"EXIT 5 HITS YOU LIKE A BULLET HITTING A BRICK WALL!!!"Formed in 1998, a band called 4 Steps Down were on their way to becoming an elite Toronto metal band, but were plagued by problems securing a solid vocalist. This ultimately led to the bands demise in 2003.Picking up the pieces, the band's founding members, Harry Ponte, Mark Hastings, and Fareed Shah re-grouped and dawned a new name taken from the high school exit of were they met. Exit 5 was born with a mission to become the loudest, most aggressive metal band ever to come from Canada!!!With the release of their debut EP, "Oldschool," the band inches closer and closer to achieving their goal.
