About Me

I have always felt that people are basically good. Some just drift from time to time. My family taught me to be tolerant of others feelings and opinions. What may seem trivial to you may be the most important thing in someone elses life. You don't have to agree with them, but you should give them their say. I try to live this everyday, but it can be difficult. I love the outdoors! When I have time away from the restaurant I will take a hike or find a nice place to sit or nap in the sun. Have done a lot of wilderness hiking and camping. Grand Canyon National Park, Linville Gorge State Park, Everglades National Park, etc. Camping where there is a bath-house IS NOT CAMPING! That's a cheap motel with no roof!

Why?

Some men see things as they are and ask, "Why?" I dream things that never were and ask, "Why not?"   Robert F. Kennedy

Hmmm

Remember that great love and great achievements involve great risk.

A thought....

Remember that just the moment you say, "I give up," someone else seeing the same situation is saying, "My, what a great opportunity!"
