Ruben Bromet (July 20, 1986) is a Dutch drummer/bandleader. He's currently playing clubdates throughout Europe with post-funk outfit Love O.D.
After several years of private instruction and performances in many different settings around Amsterdam, in 2006 he relocated to study drums at the Conservatory of Maastricht with professors Ron van Stratum and Arnoud Gerritse. His professional carreer having just started, he performed actively with a number of artists (Big Swing Affair Jazzbands, Charlotte Haesen & Friends) in the Maastricht-Liège-Aachen Euregion, as well as making regular solo appearances as a streetmusician on the old bridge in Maastricht.
In 2008, Bromet decided to move back and perfect his beat at the Conservatory of Amsterdam.
