Growing up is never easy. We all know it's a tough time for kids and parents alike. For LeEgiT and Gorgs, the difficulties and hardships encountered during their upbringing has fueled their fire as artists. From being kidnapped as a child, to being raised into a family of crime, LeEgiT and Gorgs are two heartfelt artists with plenty to say - waiting for the world to hear.Raised in Melbourne's West, representing Yarraville, LeEgiT and Gorgs have always been certain to make it big. LeEgiT's artistic career began in 2005 collaborating with the accomplished and two time ARIA award winning artist, Seany B (SONY AMG) on a number of underground Hip House tracks. LeEgiT appeared as a special guest performing live on several occasions along side the head of the wildly popular underground group, Dirty Laundry. This further inspired LeEgiT to believe in himself and his unique style and artistic ability.LeEgiT however still wanted more. He wanted more people to hear what he had to say, he wanted more people to listen. In 2006 the decision was made and Lyrical Lung Entertainment was founded. Also known as the RC FAM, the purpose behind the group's conception was to inspire a new era of Australian Hip Hop. Calling upon Gorgs, Mishel Fornito and Ed Falkner, Lyrical Lung Entertainment was born. Working alongside Somnio Dies Productions, Dave and Reuben of Soldiers of Fortune (VINYL PUSHER), a number of original Lyrical Lung Entertainment tracks were produced. As a result, the hype and vibe of this up and coming group saw LeEgiT and Gorgs perform live on a number of occasions, picking up fans and always leaving the crowd wanting more.In 2008, collaborating with a number of well known artists including; ESSCAY (AMG), GMC (SOLID STATE), DAY DIZ (FLATLINE MUZIK, AUSTRIA), and ANDREW DE SILVA (CBD), the URBAN CHILL MIXTAPE was released. Featuring the Lyrical Lung Entertainment crew of LeEgiT, Gorgs, the first lady of Hip Hop, Mishel Fornito, Ed Falkner, and with the introduction of MACE, Gorg's brother, to the family, the URBAN CHILL MIXTAPE was destined to be a hit. Consequently over 3000 copies of the mixtape have now been distributed and downloaded. Limited copies of the mixtape are still available via free download at www.lyricallungent.com/urbanchill.zip.LeEgiT and Gorgs have consistently rocked the stage throughout each live performance. The URBAN CHILL MIXTAPE launch at Star Bar (160 Clarendon Street, South Melbourne), was a massive success, with a packed crowd filling the hotel to listen to the sounds of Lyrical Lung Entertainment. LeEgit and Gorgs have also shared the stage with DJ RECTANGLE (USA), SPINDERELLA (DJ for SALT N PEPPA), US RNB superstar LORENZO OWENS (Chicago) RUCL, MIKE JUSTICE, BUCK CITTY (UNDER K9), PIERRA, CHASE BAKER and KID MAC (TMV FAM).At present, the group is working on their debut album which is set to be a huge. Featuring production from the likes of superstar producers STYALZ FUEGO (AMG), WEAPON X (SOLID STATE), DEEPSOUND (UK/AUS), NICOLLA (M.A.A.D Management & Consulting – SERBIA), GRAPES (AMG), 76 (STRONGHORN – UK/AUS) and more, the debut album expected for release mid to late 2009, is sure to take Lyrical Lung Entertainment to the top. According to the group, a second Lyrical Lung Entertainment mixtape will also be released at some stage in 2009.In 2008, the Lyrical Lung Entertainment crew will support international pop sensation PITBULL (BMG), at the Queensbridge Hotel, Melbourne. PITBULL's breakout hit was the LIL JOHN collabo “Culo†produced by Lil Jon & The Diaz Brothers. Currently, PITBULL is one of MySpace and YouTube's most popular music properties and is beloved by Urban, Latin and Pop music fans everywhere. Set to be a huge night, including other artists such as SON VENENO, OZ LOCOS, DJ DON JUAN and DJ NINO BROWN, the crowd is set to explode with this mix of artists.
