Jessica Jolia

About Me

Jessica Jolia is Sacramento’s most adored underground superstar. She lives a simple life according to the standard, but she is far from the ordinary. Jessica hits the stage and flutters ears with soul that’s been missing from artists since the 60’s and 70’s. She received music scholarships to the highly acclaimed Berklee School of Music in Boston, Massachusetts and Oklahoma Christian University in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where she chose to attend. While studying at OCU, she performed in Operas such as “The Tales of Hoffmann”, “Oklahoma!”, and “Porgy and Bess” to standing ovations. Jessica performed the National Anthem at the Arco Arena in the 2001 Kings vs. Warriors game and graced the stage last year with a performance at Chris Webber’s “Center Court” restaurant in Sacramento. Her awards include 1st Place in the “Classical Music” category at the 2001 Sacramento State University Heritage Festival of the Arts, as well as the 2001 ACT-SO Sacramento Regional Competition. In 2007, she received a scholarship award at the Sac Idol Talent Competition for her breath-taking rendition of “Summertime.” Now, in 2009, Jessica is one of four lead singers of LoveTrain, an award winning, high-energy party band who regularly performs in the greater Sacramento area. She is also diligently working on her solo album alongside Monyea Crawford and Rich Rollie, the incredible and creative Atlanta based duo who comprise LoveChild Productions. Her true genius and creativity, combined with beauty and class, are just a few expressions she exudes daily. On her way to the top, Jessica Jolia forgets none and wants the world to fall back in love with music!View All Friends | View Blog | Add Comment
