Who is ConQuista?
ConQuista began her career as a DJ and than moved on to Events Production and Promotion. Until recently she hosted El Movimiento on 1610AM Radio Voces Latinas in Toronto. Currently, working in Santiago, Chile, ConQuista flows between and Chile and Canada, working with international artists, producers, DJs and industry insiders.
ConQuista... a woman who refuses to give up in the face of tribulation. ConQuista is about overcoming barriers. Born in Toronto, Canada to Chilean parents, ConQuista has been influenced by artists from a variety of genres that range from R&B to Disco to Cueca to Hip Hop to Baladas and so on. A student of Etobicoke School of the Arts, she studied both drama and dance which have both served her well with her stage performances and public speaking. It was her interest in the arts as a child that lead to her profound love of music as an adolescent and dedicated musician as an adult. A seasoned singer and songwriter, ConQuista is all about contributing to the artistic movement by creating music that is both soulful and enjoyable. Having worked as an artist for many years herself, ConQuista has a clear understanding of what it takes to make and sell music. This passion for music led her to try other areas of the business suc as DJing, Events Production and Promotion, to Radio Host and now working as an Manager. Currently, working in Santiago, Chile, ConQuista flows between and Chile and Canada, working with international artists, producers, DJs and industry insiders. Some of the artists you might be familiar with who have shown ConQuista love include: Jerry Rivera, Pitbull, Papoose, Fulanito, Toby Love, Noztra, 4ever, Optimo, Carlos y Alejandra, etc. Not one to be boxed in, ConQuista also has established her own entertainment company, ConQuistandote Ent. and worked on the production of concerts with artists such as: Grupo Niche, Aventura, Fulanito, Renato, Alex Bello, Perro y Asesino, and Chicago. She has hosted various clubs night around Toronto and continues to offer her consulting services to artists of all calibers around the world.
