Jennifer Vanella, Soprano

Hello, first let me introduce myself. My name is Jennifer Marie Vanella and I am a soprano obtaining my masters in Vocal performance emphasis in opera. I have performed various roles, both at the university level as well as at the professional level in full stage opera as well as opera scenes. My studies include arias and full roles: of the Countess from Le Nozze di Figaro, which as of now is my signature piece; Susanna from Trees on the Mountains; Suor Angelica from Suor Angelica; Mimi from La Boheme. I am also quite active in Recital as well as in Oratorio. and a have a vast library of religious repetoire. Other performance experiences include: The American Opera Singers Project in Greensboro, NC; and have worked with such people as Barbara Caprilli, Nancy Sherill-Milnes, Michael Kamptman, Lisa Fix, and Rebecca Turner. Upon completion of my undergraduate degree I plan on attaining my Artistic Diploma as well as my Masters of Music Degree in Vocal Performance. It is my desire to continue performing on the professional level in the United States and abroad. I hope that you all enjoy the music I've posted and I look forward to hearing any comments.
