About Me

Born in Orlando, Florida, Trypsin was raised by musically talented parents, exposing him at an early age to the rhythmic sounds of Latin music. He quickly grew a passion for ethnic and exotic melodies from the Middle East, Africa, the Orient, and various Latin American countries, and began producing and playing different local events while still in high school. Remixing influences included the late Thunderpuss, Victor Calderone, Hex Hector, and Friburn and Urik, among many others. Remixes are available for download on both iTunes and Beatport as of this year, and his sounds are being played in clubs around the world, including his residence, the renowned Club at Firestone. Today, Trypsin has shifted his focus back to production, recently joining forces with Andy Warren to form The Virgo Brothers. "It's amazing to see what hours of work in the studio can do for a dance floor; those few minutes of uplifting and good-feeling smiles from an audience in a club continue to fuel the passion I proudly hold for what I do."
