I work out regularly for no other reason but that I love the way it makes me feel. I also dig traveling, backpacking, romantic dinners, laughing hard, coaching youth soccer (which often makes me laugh hard), beach volleyball and playing guitar all night!... but more than anything, I am absolutely crazy about removing all the shopping carts from their designated area and scattering them about the parking lot!!
