"La Vendetta di Billy Ray" è una libera avventura musicale in un genere cinematografico...
Siamo 6 musicisti, 2 cantanti e 1 scrittore: abbiamo selezionato 4 film di Quentin Tarantino, i più rappresentativi a nostro avviso, ed estratto 14 pezzi dalle loro colonne sonore.
Qualcuno aveva pensato ad un concerto di “cover”, ma Tarantino è un regista, non suona, e invece noi, nel complesso, siamo una band.
Per questo ci siamo trasformati in personaggi e spulciato nei testi delle canzoni per creare dei collegamenti allegramente pulp.
Per questo abbiamo imbastito una trama giustificata dalla musica, riempito il palco di pistole, comprato cravatte, sequestrato poliziotti…
Per chi conosce la produzione di Tarantino il nostro è un “concerto-spettacolo”, in cui citazioni e trovate arricchiscono una scaletta già di per sé molto rock.
Per tutti gli altri, i “non vedo film”, i “vengo da un altro pianeta” e i “non c’ho tempo”, "La vendetta di Billy Ray" resta uno “spettacolo di concerto dal vivo”.

ENGLISH:

"The Revenge of Billy ray" is a free musical adventure in a cinematografic genre.
We are eight musicians and a writer. We have selected the Quentin Tarantino movies and we've extracted 14 tracks from their soundtracks.
Some may think it's just a concert, but Quentin Tarantino is not a musician, is a director!
...and we are a Band!!!
So we turned into characters to look into songs' lyrics searching for ironic pulp connections. Then we set a plot held together by the music, filled the stage withv guns, bought ties, kidnapped cops...
From whom is familiar with Quentin Tarantino's production, our performance ia s concert-show where quotes and jokes enrich an already famous rock tracklist.
For the others, the "I don't watch movies", the "I come from a different planet", the "I have no time", "The Revenge of Billy Ray" keeps being a spectacularly showed concert.
