In late December 1999 Richard met Nathan in San Francisco. Richard was there to see a Mr. Bungle millenium concert with two ex-friends/ex-band members. Nathan was there globe trotting (which is his nature). They all shared the hostile room and a jam with Nathan. This was recorded, and e-mail adresses were exchanged. Years later Richard remembers the recording and trades it with Nathan for a MiniDisc of his original stuff in hopes of layering over it. Freshly dropping out of college, Richard synchs up his jaw harp, percussion, keyboard and other sounds to Nathan's unique original guitar tracks plus throws in some other fodder. And so the postal collaboration started. Several years later they have just now finnished editing their self-titled CD, after trimming some fat away from the original demo.We are still working on our second CD, Collaborigines, which should be promising. So here we have Nat da Hatt and Delvin' Noggin working together mailing MDs and CD-Rs across the Pacific to and from Tokyo Japan and South Carolina where Richard is residing. With Nathan's unique psychedelic guitar stylings and Richard's skilled jaw harping, we offer a musical blend like no other you've heard.
