I'm a Liverpudlian who has been settled in the South West UK for 13 years. I have 2 two teenagers, Ilove to paint and draw, I'm a Reiki Master/teacher, Adult Ed Teacher and Workshop Facilitator.
I practise meditation, kundalini yoga and reiki. I work with women with food and substance addictions as a counsellor and body therapist, i'm also a community artist.
I love "Spiritual" quotes.....
