With that said, I love the following: first and foremost dating the love of my life, the prospect of life after college, POSSIE PETES, Dad’s incredible ability to make a large something out of a small nothing, challenging myself, competing and spooning with Gigi, plaid thermoses, Bartlett ball, gym time, book dates with Kyle, homemade anything, hand holding, Anika’s smile, self-improvement projects, near death experiences, letters I’m not expecting, summer sailing, climbing trees, dancing on the coffee table, hello goodbye and just because kisses (especially when you don't know they are coming), the piano Gigi got me, my speedy red bicycle, incidents with the fuzz, learning anything useful, my life partner Clark, food cooked with love, opportunities to travel, the fact that I fall in love every Sunday, mud fights, food fights, friendly battles of any sort really, surprises, my fake brother Spencer, the grade school game red rover, marathons, triathlons, black and white photography, any form of fun in the sun, snow kayaking in bikinis, love letters, any water sport, the comfort of knowing I'll never take math again (YES!), singing Marvin Gay to bears, ANYTHING involving Allison Clark, the slug jungle growing next to Gigi’s, being on tour, overcoming disasters and personal fears, resourcefulness, going anywhere in the middle of the night, when Baby Caroline says "Jesus Christ" (age two), my toes, getting dressed with Melanie, Pac-Man on Chad’s projector, the roar of a live crowd, LSU football, driving with my feet out the window, walking upstream, running around naked, the ability to feel unconditional and passionate I-will-always-come-get-you-even-when-I-hate-you kind of love, childlike joy, when the smart kid agrees with you, how the word yahtah can be used for anything, playing capture the flag, my mother's text messages, risk takers, being comfortable in my skin, throwing blueberries in stranger’s car windows, any dance or exercise class, the acoustics in the performing art center's stairwell, taking team photos, watching rugby, people who know how to fix computers, the stories old women tell in southern beauty parlors, hand holding, climbing mountains, painfully honest individuals, the whiteboard drawings, any sort of strength, the renovation of our apartment, my roommate Spencer, still being friends with kids from pre-school, any sort of activity, homemade silk screens, secret spots, my changing taste buds, laughing until I cry, pedicures, skinny dipping at any hour, t-shirt head bands, flexible plane tickets, my porch swings on warm summer nights, reading in coffee shops and bed, anything spontaneous, people who give people flowers (especially if they are ragged and hand picked, the dictionary game, icicle bowling, Uncle Randy’s Fried Chicken Fridays, Larkin's sorority sisters, going to church alone, camping with Bijojoe, duets, the comfort of Uli's, days at the spa, barbeques, exploring the unknown, when people call to say "I miss you, I love you, please come back home", summer league softball in a small town, life talks, once a year cigars, cutting off the sheriff, running away to the middle of nowhere, life enthusiasts, art day, hot sips, healthy food, random acts of kindness, outdoor markets, hidden beaches, my future personal assistant, how oversized sunglasses protect my eyes from my hair, old jeans that fit just right, Shana's life predictions, trespassing into abandoned houses, the oldest room in the library, knowing there is only one me, fishing with Peepaw, sitting on the kitchen counter, the ladder Gigi built for the bed, loyalty, wood projects, the disturbing fact that my dead goldfish Beauregard can still be found in the freezer, over a year after his untimely death Gigi killed him!
