SORROWFULTEARS ( 2 New Ulver Covers !!! )

About Me

Sorrowful Tears was created as a doom metal band by Mystis in Aydin - Turkey. After some years in September 2006 Sorrowful Tears released "Where Memories Drown..."demo cd,and it was called "dark melancholic ambient",including 5 emotional,dark and cold tracks. It was the start of a new journey for the band. Demo was recorded at Mystis' own home studio with the help of some great musicians as Mehtap who leaded the female vocals. After the release, Mehtap left the band and Eylul is officially joined the band. While making some new tracks Serkan Zengin (Astral Division, Episode 13, ex-Sadistic Spell) joined the band for guitars and recordings. Demo was sold out and the band was giving interviews around. About 2 years silence, Eylul left the band due to her own plans. At this time Burak (Nahemoth) whom we know from the great bands The Sarcophagus and Raven Woods, joined the family for guitars and synths. Sorrowful Tears powered with this 3 musicians and still working for new upcoming album. As we say, Sorrowful Tears is doom/downtempo/ambient band from AYDIN - ANKARA. New album with cold tracks is coming soon.
