Founded by DJ Dan in 2001, InStereo Recordings is a world-class record label with its main focus being quality over quantity. InStereo was recently re-launched in November 2007 with its first track “Chaak Treatment†topping the charts on Beatport’s Top 100. In 2008, we’re looking to set the benchmark in global dance music.
InStereo is a record label that is passionately run by DJ’s for DJ’s. We know what it takes to rock a crowd and we know what the crowd wants to hear, we’re not interested in releasing mediocre dance music. More importantly, we’re not trying to fit to a specific mold. It doesn’t matter if it’s Electro, House, Techno, Breaks, all we want to do is release music that gets people moving. We want DJ’s to be able to take any one of our tracks to any party and tear the roof off.
We’re very excited to showcase all the artists on our label and really push the envelope. Many of these producers are also excellent DJ’s, and in March 2008, we’ll be launching our InStereo Tour across the globe with DJ Dan and Donald Glaude headlining a 2 x 4 tour.
