Life's an adventure..enjoy the ride.

About Me

Well, I love rock-n-roll, playing the drums, James Bond, racing cars (real ones, not the kind you find at the hobby shop), and I actually do like my job (I work in radio). I also have an audio production company (www.tfxcreative.net), and I play with prog bands Project Esucarys and A Prelude to Tragedy (www.apreludetotragedy.com), which put out a CD in December of '07. Anything else, you'll just have to ask.

My Interests

Let's see..music, (80s rock and 70s progressive/art rock in particular); playing the drums (recently bought an electronic kit so I can practice again); movies and classic TV (I'm accumulating quite the DVD collection); auto racing (DOING it as opposed to watching it..just got back from my second time at racing school). I have other interests, but you'll have to ask what they are. :-)

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet interesting people. I also want to expand my network to promote my company.

Music:

OK..I guess here's where I list my fave bands. This is just a partial list, in no particular order: Pink Floyd, Yes, Van Halen, Dokken, Def Leppard, Circa, Rush, Return to Forever, Y&T, Night Ranger, Emerson, Lake and Palmer, Ludwig Van Beethoven, Johann Sebastian Bach, Genesis, Scorpions, Whitesnake, Deep Purple, Ted Nugent, and of course A Prelude to Tragedy (OK, I played on their latest album, so I'm a bit prejudiced).

Movies:

OK, partial list of fave flicks (again in no particular order): Star Wars (the first one..aka episode 4..the ORIGINAL version), Die Hard, The Enemy Below, Batman, Sixteen Candles, And Justice For All, Night Shift, Bachelor Party (Tom Hanks was never funnier), Stalag 17, On the Waterfront (still Brando's best), Lethal Weapon, Better Off Dead, Maverick, Spiderman, Fast Times at Ridgemont High..and of course, just about any James Bond movie. :D

Television:

SEINFELD!! Also Night Court, WKRP in Cincinnati, The Saint (Roger Moore's definitive role), The Monkees (I admit it..I own both seasons on DVD and some of their albums), Hogan's Heroes, the original Late Night with David Letterman, Fernwood/America 2 Night, NYPD Blue, Get Smart, Mission Impossible, When Things Were Rotten (short lived comedy about Robin Hood), Muppet Show, Perry Mason, Married with Children, the original Star Trek.

Books:

Books? What's a book? *LOL* Seriously, I don't have one fave book. I tend to read non fiction, though. Last one I read was excellent: Constitutional Chaos by Judge Andrew Napolitano. It's a chilling account of how flagrantly our government breaks the law to enforce it.

Heroes:

I try not to idolize anyone, because in the end we're all just people, but there are those I admire and respect. My heroes tend to be rebels who did things their way and refused to compromise, guys like Beethoven (a true musical revolutionary), along with America's Founding Fathers. There's one of the two greatest presidents in history, Ronald Wilson Reagan. Ted Nugent's another guy I really like; one of, I think, three people in the entertainment industry who believes in a lot of the same things I do. There's Alaska's Governor (and future president of the US) Sarah Palin (You ROCK!!) There's my adopted big brother Eric. Most of all there's Mom and Dad, along with my brothers Bruce and Brad (God rest the latter three).
