I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Evidently, people tend to zero-in on the words "foot fetish" when it's in your About Me section, even when you say that you don't have one. But since I still put those words in this section, people will still think I do. But maybe I'll use that to my advantage. While you're hiding your feet from my view, I'll be checking out your shoulders. That's my real weakness.
But then, very few people actually read this, so who cares?
Oh, and here are a few commercials from the 2006 Ohina Short Film Showcase.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Anyone who actually read all of the above. If you have, you just earned ten brownie points! Prove it by sending a message about something I just mentioned.Even more bonus points if you're female, attractive, young-ish, and look good in spaghetti straps.

Music:

INXS, The Police, The Beatles, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Stevie Wonder, The Stones, No Doubt, Allman Brothers Band, Natalie Merchant, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Pearl Jam, Sarah McLachlan, Dave Mathews Band. Mostly classic rock and cheesy '80s hits. But then, you'll also notice my list has some newer stuff too, so it's not all-inclusive a list.

Movies:

Vertigo, Swingers, Boogie Nights, Mystery Alaska...Oh, and like a gajillion other people...Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction.

Television:

Jeopardy! (yea, I'm a nerd), SportsCenter, The Simpsons, Good Eats (Alton Brown rules!), Iron Chef

Books:

When I can think of more than three faves, I'll update this.

Heroes:

Ferris Bueller, you're my hero!

Girls in white tank tops

Some time ago, there was an AIDS awareness campaign that included a print ad with a bunch of celebrities.  Everyone was wearing dark-colored pants and a white top.  It is a rather striking p...

The consequences of a single act of greed

Yesterday, I decided to take today and tomorrow off from work.  I'd go in for about half an hour to train for a new machine the bank was going to install, but otherwise, it'd be a four day weeken...

$100 bills

It is my opinion that $100 bills should be used wisely.  In my view, they should be used:1.  As a monetary gift (eg enclosed with a card for graduations or weddings)2.  When the value o...

His brown-eyed girl

I often have fancies of water-borne romance.  Yeah, it sounds kinda chick-flick-ish, but the idea of a romance blossoming at the beach or at a waterfall intrigues me.  To a lesser extent, yo...
