Game Over

Short biography 1988 - 1992: Game over was found in Jesenice, Slovenia in 1988, probably as the first band with this name on Earth. In 1989 Game Over recorded its first 4-tapes demo in two various mixes. A success at Novi Rock Festival was followed by Tilt, legendary cassette which has become a rarity after all those years. A year later (1990), before Yugoslav National Army called some of us on one year-long duty, band recorded tapes under the title Hate, which hasn't been released in public until 2008. After a year-long break the band stop working.1993 - 1997: Members of Game Over plays frequently on unrecorded jam sessions, often together with underground rock musicians their hometown. Despite there are ideas about serious musical activities, it never really happened.1998 - 2000: A new project band is formed in 1998. The band appears under different name on each live performance. Until the final decision about the old name of the band some years of doubts and hesitation went by.2000- 2008: At the break of millenium, slovenian boy-band under name Game Over suddenly appears. Coincidence? A trade mark Game Over is registered, the right of use in Slovenia is in hands of Aleksander Miklič. We drew their attention to inapropriate use of the name. This situation had considerable influence on the members and their further decisions. After removing in another underground music place, the band has been stabilizing. They play jam sessions first, deciding to start playing live concerts after the album is finished. Recording of Eclectric is finished in 2007. December 18th 2007, a single Eclectric The Version is released. March 20st 2008, album Eclectric is released in full and short version.
