Binded by the force of darkness,these four warriors are gathered to expose the Darkside of Athena through the brutality of death/metal/hardcore/melodic music.The band originally started as a four piece band on the dawn of July,2007.High school and college friends that has intense passion for music.DOA is composed of Alfred Casipi on vocals,Allen Mandap on guitars,Christian Timajo on bass and Carlo Mauricio on drums.We aim to combine metal with it’s other sub-genre such as hardcore,death,melodic and progressive to create music that could not be easily classified and to create a twist in the ears of the listeners.We started playing on different events such as Battle of the bands, Mall shows and different productions for underground bands.We are focusing in making our original songs rather than covering from other bands to develop our creativity and originality as an artists.After several months we've recorded a 6-track EP entitled"Weapons for massive killings" last January,2008.After succesfully releasing our EP we are planning to record and release our full length album hopefully this year to fully satisfy our hunger for brutal music.Weapons for massive killings EP are available here and made upon request.For those who want to grab a copy just leave us a message here and catch us on the following gigs and get your copy for only 60php.Such a cheap price for a 6 track brutality.We are hoping that even our music is far different from the bands nowadays,someday we will still be heard and express ourselves through the art of metal musicThe band is looking a manager that can support and help us to develop our artistic skills.Please continue on supporting our local underground bands."Maraming magagaling na bandang Pinoy na hindi sikat"Contact:
