Your Name Here: I am looking for band members to gig the release of "Focal Point". If you're interested contact me!
I'm also open for collaborations :o)
Influences: I love songs that move me. Sad songs, dark songs, drifty songs, happy songs, love songs, twisted songs... anything really, but they have to give me a feeling and take me on a journey. If a song from any band stirs my emotions then at some time or other I guess I will draw upon that influence for my own songs. Therefore I take it as a compliment if any of my songs remind listeners of bands such as Rush, Porcupine Tree, Pink Floyd, Marillion, Peter Gabriel, Police, Yes, Vertical Horizon, Train, XTC, Pink, Snow Patrol, Crowded House, Evanescence, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Genesis, ELO, America, The Who, Matchbox 20, Billy Joel, Riversea, Marc Atkinson, Lenny Kravitz, Abba , Francis Dunnery, Linkin Park, John Mayer, Dave Mathews, Nik Harper, Foo fighters, Pearl Jam, Spocks Beard, Dream Theatre , Bach, Mozart, Billi Holiday, Nine Inch Nails, Radiohead, Creed and Queen. Actually the list does go on but I can't type that fast...,
Sounds Like: First and foremost I sound like Paul Cusick. Then you can take your pick and make your own decisions. Off the top of my head feedback so far tells me my songs sound like: Blackfield, David Gilmour, Porcupine Tree, Linkin Park and the Beatles. My guitar style reminds others of Steve Hackett, Steven Wilson and Steve Rothery (All the Stevens). With feedback like this I must be doing something right. If you have any thoughts please let me know so I can update this section.
