As an up and coming music producer/song writer, Johannes Williams aka (J-HOOK) has set a new level in the music industry, with his top 40 hip-hop, club, pop, techno and rock tracks. His love of music was noticed at a very young age, while banging on his aunt’s piano and making drums out of pots and pans. At the age of 9 his mother recognized his gift and started him in piano lessons which he continued until the age of 14. At this time his love of music took him into the world of dance in which he stayed and booked the NBC show realty TV show “FAME”. On the show he made tracks for one of the top eight contestants. The show was broadcast nationality and from that J-Hook received his A.S.C.A.P. (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) membership making him one of the youngest producers on A.S.C.A.P. at 17. Currently from his home studio J-Hook works with some of Los Angeles’s hottest emerging artists and is looking to get placement with big names in the industry. J-Hook lives by one saying when it comes to his music…… “If it’s not a hit, don’t make it!!!”
