Born October 29, 2007. Weight: 5 lbs. 10 oz. Height: 17.5 inches at 8:53 pm. She is gorgeous! She is a quiet calm baby. She was born slightly prematue. They call it a "near term" baby. She was born the day th Red Sox won the worlds series. How awesome is that. Then she came home the day of a hurricane. I had to have a c-section, and I am recovering with a little soreness and pain, tired, yes! But it was all so worth it! Her and I have a had a long rough road pregnancy road, but we finally made it! I am scared but also blessed to have this baby come onto this world. You know, it wasn't planned and of course I am now the victim of stereotype. The baby' father does not want to be there, making all kind of lame excuses of WHY NOT to be there. This situation has only made me stronger, scary as hell? YES!!!! I am not a gold digger baby mama drama type of person, all I asked of the father was to be there for maybe some of the appoinments, ultrasounds, and the delivery room. Don't think that's much to ask when I have to carry the baby for 9 months and then be in charge of this life for mainly the next 21 years! Don't think he is gonna change his mind though. But now it is in my hands to be a good mother while this child is inside of me and when it comes into this world. The main focus of this is for me to remain SANE if at all possible. Yes there are assholes in this world and I happened to get pregnant by one.
